Do I need a Microsoft Teams Phone license?

Yes. Ragsi Tel is a Salesforce-native overlay for your existing Microsoft Teams Phone deployment. You'll need active Teams Phone (or Teams Phone with Calling Plan) licenses for users who make or receive PSTN calls.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card required to start.

Can I mix and match plans across users?

Absolutely. You can assign Free, Pro or Enterprise licenses to individual users within the same Salesforce org and manage them centrally.

How is annual billing discounted?

Annual contracts receive a 20% discount versus the equivalent monthly rate. Annual plans are billed up front for the full year.

Where is my call data stored?

All call metadata, transcripts and summaries are stored directly in your Salesforce org. Ragsi Tel never persists customer data on its own infrastructure — your data stays in your tenant.

What Salesforce editions are supported?

Ragsi Tel supports Salesforce Lightning Experience on Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited and Developer editions. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud are all supported.

Can I cancel any time?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with no penalty. Annual plans are committed for 12 months but may be paused or downgraded with 30 days notice.
